In reply to: Dropdown menu doesn't work on tablet landscape
Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindThe theme displays the desktop menu on all screen sizes larger than the limit set for the mobile menu activation.
In the Plus edition this limit is configurable, so you can enable the mobile menu earlier making it apply on tablets (and smaller computers) as well.

Only the main navigation location support submenus.

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindWhen you are including the slider in the content or elsewhere, you need to call the correct slider for the appropriate language. In the content this is simpler because you have two (or more) versions of the same post or page that display the different content according to language.
In the theme’s dedicated landing page slider location you’ll need to switch the option to use slider shortcode instead of the built-in slider selection. Then, depending on the multilanguage plugin you use you should be able to use different shortcodes (with different IDs) to include the appropriate slider for each language.
Polylang and WPML do this through a feature called Strings witch which you can localize theme and plugin option fields.If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindI assume you were referring to the static slider image.
For anyone else having the same question, the image displayed in the theme by default on the landing page (homepage), below the menu, is not the configured header image but a static slider placeholder, which is configurable from the theme’s options under Landing Page > Slider.
To replace the image, simply assign a different image. To remove the sample image, assign any other image in its place and then remove it.

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindAre you referring to the site favicon (displayed in the browser tab)?
I notice you’re using a caching plugin. If you’re recently changed the icon both this and the browser’s own caching will prevent the current icon from being displayed on some/all of the site pages you’ve previously visited (until the caching expires).

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindThe current release includes an incorrect check which hides the controls for the two buttons unless the theme’s slider option is set to static image.
To display the fields controlling the buttons temporarily switch that option to ‘static image’, adjust as necessary, then change back to the previously used setting.

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindWhich page is the slider currently included in?
The theme doesn’t have built-in support for a slider in the header, but it has built-in support for a slider in its landing page feature.
Your site does not appear to use the landing page at this time so the slider (as configured in the theme options) has nowhere to be displayed.If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindThe header image is displayed if it is set in the general options. It can be hidden from specific pages and posts by using the Plus theme’s meta options.
Its visibility can be further tweaked with custom CSS if desired – the CSS depends on the site section it should apply on:
<section identifier> #header-image-main { display: none; }Keep in mind that in Roseta the header image section also holds the page/post/section title and the breadcrumbs. These would no longer be visible when the header image is hidden this way.

Power UserSorry for long delay but, what does that mean?
Has the ‘font-display’ attribute become accepted. I have read that it has.
If so, will you be updating accordingly?
If not, would it best to utilize a plugin ( example: CAOS for Webfonts | Host Google Fonts Locally) or host fonts locally to work around?
At the least, could you tell me where font files are located that i need to add font-display attribute so I can at least attempt fixes?

Power UserHi Zed,
More info regarding the Home Page Title problem…
It appears that when I first visit my website (from my laptop) on a particular day, the correct Home Page Title is displayed, however as soon as I visit any random page on my site then return to the Home page, the older version of my Title displays!
I hope this helps,
Thanks,
Mark

Cryout Creations mastermindThe theme is not designed to display the site title and tagline in one line.
That may be possible with custom CSS, but additional CSS would also be needed to recreate the responsiveness for the changed positioning.

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindThe text displayed on top of the static slider image is configurable through the theme’s (static) slider caption options. Upon theme installation this text copies the value set on your site title and tagline, but is then administered separately.
Which color options are you adjusting?
The menu has different positioning options. On your site it is currently set to be displayed over the header image – perhaps you want to set it to ‘normal’ (to have it above the header image).

Zed
Cryout Creations mastermindOn the homepage the theme uses the H1 tag on the site title (since that’s the most important bit of text on the homepage). Since you are not using the site title, the tag is missing.
I suggest trying to re-enable the site title on the site; you can then hide it on other site sections with CSS:

Same problem as @Christoph.
Not the posts from selected category but all posts are displaying in second languages. It happens in Featured Boxes 1 & 2 on my landing page. Although I have translated all post content and categories using Polylang to link them together.Plus, encrypt in Featured Icon boxes only work on primary language but display full content when in second language.
I have used the workaround but seems cannot fix the problem:
if ( function_exists( ‘pll_get_post’ ) ) {
$page = get_post( pll_get_post($pageid, get_locale()));
$pageid = pll_get_post($pageid, get_locale());
} else {
$page = get_post( $pageid );

Cryout Creations mastermindThe itemprop attributes are used for schema.org structured data and removing them will result in errors being displayed by structured data parsers.
If you’re sure you want to remove that, you’ll need to customize the
