This functionality is only available in the Plus themes.
The Plus themes include several page templates dedicated to displaying content in a specific manner. The template selector is available in the Page Attributes selector in both the classic visual editor and the newer block editor.
About Template(s)¶

This page template is designed to create an About Us page complete with team information (using the suggested plugin). Specific template meta options can be set through the additional template meta options.
A theme may include multiple about templates all supporting the same content but presented with different visual layouts.
Blog Template¶
SE RO KA FL ES BR AN
This page template is designed to create an alternative Blog page (similar to WordPress' built-in blog section) with the added feature of also being able to display a short intro. The intro will be the content of the page itself.
This template does not have any configurable options.
Contact Template(s)¶

This page template is designed to create a Contact Us page complete with contact informaton, a map and contact form (using the suggested plugin).
Specific template meta options can be set through the additional template meta options.
A theme may include multiple contact templates all supporting the same content but presented with different visual layouts.
Portfolio Template¶

Together with Jetpack's Portfolio functionality, this page template is designed to display a complete section of your published projects in a filterable manner. This template is similar in functionality with using the plugin's shortcode, but with an improved design.
Specific template meta options can be set through the additional template meta options.
Full Width Template¶

This page template is included for compatibility with content builder plugins. It does not impose any size constraints on the content allowing you to create the desired content layout using the builder's functionality.
This template does not have any configurable options.
Blank Template¶

This template is intended to create a minimal-content page which lacks header, footer, sidebars and any other structural elements of the theme.
Its specific appearance can be controlled through the additional template meta options.
