Products and services sold by Cryout Creations Srl are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Our products are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress. Because the number and variety of extensions and systems is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that our products will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our products or services. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we will do our best to resolve them, but cannot guarantee a resolve.
Our themes and plugins are designed to function properly with WordPress 4.5 and newer. We always make sure they are up to date with the latest versions of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility with all third party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best resolve the situation.
Moreover, we cannot guarantee the themes or plugins will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the extension or WordPress properly.
Automatic updates for our commercial extensions are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key.
Access to new releases and updates will be provided through the customer account according to the purchased product or package and its subscription status.
For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, automatic updates are provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
For themes and plugins published on the official WordPress.org repository, updates for these will be provided through the repository regardless of the status of any subscription.
The Priority Support service is included with our commercial products or can be purchased separately for the free products. Priority support is provided for one year starting with the purchase date. After one year has passed, the subscription must be renewed in order to continue receiving support for the items purchased.
For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support is provided while the subscription remains active.
Priority support includes the rectifying of issues arising from packaged theme or plugin features, bug fixes and basic usage questions. The use or issues arising from the use of third party plugins, troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 10, WordPress itself, or customizations are not covered by the priority support service.
While we attempt to provide the best support possible for our products, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a time frame that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
We also provide free support through our on-site forum, but such support is provided as time permits and without any guarantee.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the product unusable or if the purchased product is different from the specifications, we will provide a refund.
If the purchased product is materially similar to the description and preview and works as it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- You don’t want it after you downloaded files
- You simply changed your mind
- You made the purchase by mistake
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product
- The product did not meed your expectations
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet the following conditions cumulatively:
- You are within the first 30 days since the purchase of the product/service
- You reported any issue(s) to our support team and we weren’t able to provide an acceptable solution
- You have removed and will not be using the commercial product(s) included with the purchase on any website
Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes, WordPress itself, hosting server or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
By purchasing our products or services you agree to this refund policy.
7. E-mails & Privacy
Cryout Creations may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of products or services from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to purchased product updates, promotions, or new products. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You can opt out of these emails at any time and we’ll never bother you again.
We store the information you enter upon registration/order only in connection to providing you the purchased products or services or for the forum activity. You can request we completely delete this information from our system at any time after you are no longer using our services in accordance with the EU GDRP. We are legally obligated to retain some information about payments so we will not be able to delete all stored information in such cases.
8. Currency & VAT
All prices listed and all payments are processed in Euros (EUR), unless otherwise clearly indicated. Subscriptions created before January 1st 2021 will renew at their previous rates and currency until cancelled.
Our payment processors offer the option to pay in local currencies, however choosing a local currency locks future subscription renewal prices to the current exchange rate.
The listed prices are final and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT may automatically apply for some customers, according to the European Union regulations and will be clearly displayed in the cart and during checkout.
If you are making the purchase for a company registered within the European Union, you can supply a valid VAT code during checkout to make your purchase VAT-exempt and receive a VAT invoice.
Your VAT registration number will be included on the invoice. You can add your VAT registration number in your account profile section or during checkout.

By purchasing our products or services, you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to update the current Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
