Thank you so much for your wonderful themes.
I currently use Mantra on my taxation blog http://www.sataxguide.co.za. Its so fantastic.I however wants to use the Tempera theme, I am encountering a problem when I want to change the Presentation Page, When I change the Slides and click Save Changes, it gives me an error below:
Not Found – Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.
Please help.

No sorry it’s not working at all !!!
I wanted 2 post, so I set WP setting to 2 posts as your theme.
But now I have juste 2 pages in the slider (instead of 7), and only 2 pages just under the slider (instead of 3) !
So it stop everything to 2 ! Not only posts but pages and everything !!!
So please could you correct it asap, or as my website is a profesionnal one, I will have to change to another theme !
Thank’s a lot !

I’m using v0.96, which seems to be the latest.
I’m stumped.
There is no “Top bar” section under Theme Settings.
The only place I found to enter custom CSS was under the “Miscellaneous Settings” section, but pasting this text there does nothing:
#access {margin-top:0;}
#main {margin-top:0;}As far as chrome goes? I use the latest version of chrome and I see the slider re-drawing the upcoming image each time instead of a smooth transition.
After changing the site’s header image, the white line to the left of the slider is gone, so I have no idea what caused it.

Cryout Creations mastermindYes, that’s a temporary fix. It clearly wasn’t intended to work like that and we’re working on doing something cooler to the presentation page that won’t even require the pagination anymore.
But until that update this fix will do the job.

Believe I figured it out. Post shown under settings and Tempera Settings most be the same number. So if under Dashboard/Settings/Reading you have it to show 8 posts per page, then under Tempera Settings/Presentation Page must have it saying to show 8 posts.

I have also been trying to find a sustainable solution for this that will survive the client updating the theme. So far the most elegant solution I have found is to modify the widgets.php file to place the link around the image and the overlay that animates on hover. However, this will be undone as soon as the theme is updated and you will have to go in and modify the widgets.php file again.
I am not able to find a solution for creating a widgets.php file in the child theme folder.
Can we get some help from Zed or another DM on this?

how do i change the title font in the presentation page colums (the font just above the images in the presentation page columns? Default font really not working for this site… Love and found all the other features pretty easily though – thank you for a great theme!
January 21st, 2014 at 20:54 #19371Leo
Sorry, found the solution by trashing the Home page (it was impossible to do in the previous version of the Theme – had to keep an empty page doing nothing) and deleting Home item on the MENU. Then added a link pointing to the site URL to the menu and moved it to the top. Works just like normal menu button
Can close this topic now.
Thanks guys, keep up good work!January 20th, 2014 at 03:38 #16697In reply to: Removing the 6 tiles on the main page

I found a way! I simply re-set the “Columns Content” field (in the “Presentation Page Columns” section) to “latest posts” The default there is “Widget coloumns” but you can choose others by using the little drop-down menu. Because I have no posts yet, nothing shows up so the whole column zone has vanished and will stay vanished until I have some posts I guess.

My problem is the same, I have 6 posts created, I would like to present 4 of them on the home page and then the others on the next page. I fine on the bottom of the page numbers – 1/2.
On the first page I see 4 posts but I can’t go to the 2nd one because I get reeor massage:Not Found

I have had this problem in the past. I would make sure that the WordPress settings are correct, in particular check that the URLs are correct, in Settings –> General. I found for some reason mine had added an extra / or something, make sure the folder is included so http://www.mysite/wordpressfolder/ this stopped all my “Not found” issues.

Cryout Creations mastermindThe pagination on the Presentation page still has some issues under certain circumstances. We’re currently working on fixing them.

Loving the theme still but I too am experiencing a problem with the pagination navigation on the presentation page.
On my Presentation Page, the page navigation is this:
1 2 3 > >>Clicking on >> returns a Not Found
Clicking on Page 2 returns Page 1.
Clicking on Page 3 returns Page 3 and expands the navigation to:
< 1 2 3 4 5 > >>
Clicking the single page advance > only works from Page 3.
Clicking on the single page back < from Page 3 returns Page 1.
Clicking on the single page back < from any page above 3 correctly returns the page.
Clicking on << returns correctly to Page 1.
Page 2 is never displayed. Many thanks,

I am saving the permalinks as Post name. When clicking save in wordpress the Setting give me two messages.
‘Settings saved’
‘Permalink structure updated’I may try installing LAMP and installing locally to see if I can replicate the issue. Looks like it is searching for the script and not finding.

I think that the user is responding to the pagination that is at the bottom of the homepage below the posts section. I am getting the same error actually.

Cryout Creations mastermindYour menu items may point to non-existent sections or your permalinks may be broken.
Inspect the element items that they point to correct content and check your permalinks settings (and that they can be saved). If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.January 7th, 2014 at 14:13 #15571In reply to: How to Change Main Layout

I just found this in the Tempera FAQ … Maybe it will resolve your issue.
▶ C1. I cannot change the layout in the Theme Settings?
You’re probably using Internet Explorer. Try another browser and you’ll be fine.January 7th, 2014 at 12:04 #15566In reply to: How to Change Main Layout

Cryout Creations mastermindHi again!
We are really not getting any of these things in our tests. Please try to disable all plugins and check to see if the problem still persists. If it does please create a new Premium support ticket here https://www.cryoutcreations.eu/premium-support (you don’t have to pay anything ;)) and write TEMPERA THEME SETTINGS as the Transaction Info. In the message give us detailed info about your issue and a temp username/password to your WordPress installation so we can check it out ourselves.

Cryout Creations mastermindIf you’re getting the red cross it means the path to the image is wrong or that you have some server issues. That’s not theme related. However I see your site looks great now so I take it you found and fixed the problem.

I’m using Google Chrome and Firefox, issue exist on both of them.
I found a way to go around this issue, but it’s pain in the back and it’s taking ages.
I exported default setting to the file, and than made changes manually in the settings code itself, than imported modified file to parabola settings and it actually works. Of course if I make any changes in Parabola setting in admin panel it resets to default again.

Out of curiosity, what browser(s) are you guys using?
I have found in the past, that WordPress does not play very well with IExplorer. WP Stuff that I could do no problem in Firefox simply did not work properly in IE. Perhaps switching browsers when updating your sites will help.
