Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindAre you using an old theme version?
This used to happen a while back if you left your site title field empty in WordPress, but it should no longer happen now (unless you use a SEO plugin and let some empty fields in it instead). If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe slider images need to be the correct and same size among themselves.
The NivoSlider we are using does not force image resize on mobile devices, so you get that behaviour if the images used are all different sizes/aspect ratios. If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe header image gets cropped to the size it is required to fit (the configured header height and configured site width).
If you image is bigger but the wrong aspect ratio, it will get cut in the wrong way.Make sure the image you wish to use is already the right size (WordPress will tell you which size it prefers) or proportionally bigger, or skip the cropping step altogether (but your image may look stretched on mobile devices where size is forced).

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe More Posts button functionality fails to load the right posts if the number of posts set per page in WordPress is different than the number of posts to display on the presentation page set in the theme’s settings.
We’ll get this fixed.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThat’s because a plugin is loading its code where it shouldn’t.
Cycle your active plugins on/off until you find the one which does this and keep it disabled while you’re editing theme settings to avoid losing colours. If you save while the issue is solved, Tempera will automatically add all the #s back so your colours should return to normal without you having to manually enter it everywhere.
We have better plugin collision handling functionality prepared for an upcoming update which should avoid this kind of issue in the future.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindDepending on the version you updated from, JavaScript code might have changed with the update.
Perform a force refresh in your browser (pressing Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R several times) to make it load the latest copy on all files and check if the issue persists.
If it does, it may be caused by a plugin which is no longer compatible with latest WordPress version (if you updated that too). Try to cycle your active plugins on/off and check if/when the issue goes away in the theme.

We’ll check to see if we find a way to keep them always visible without blocking footer content/links.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe “Show more posts” button currently works correctly only if the number set in WordPress for posts to display per page is the same number set in the theme for posts to display on the presentation page.
Otherwise the posts displayed will repeat/skip some.
Some things are not as easy to solve as others, but this will eventually be addressed as well.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindAre you all using IE (11 or otherwise) as Dawn?
Yup, I can confirm this. Thanks for pointing it out. And we were hoping IE finally became a real browser…Apparently, it works if you click on the very thin white space between the hover border and the layout image itself, so you can use this workaround until we figure out what’s going on and get it fixed.
