I can no longer edit my menu bar, it is grayed out.  I need to change the link on one of my menu options but when I go to the menu option, I can not.  I see the menu, but it is greyed out and I can not click anything.

Try switching to another theme ( we suggest the Twenty something themes) for a moment and then switch back to Mantra.

tried it and it did not work 🙁  Any other suggestions?

You could be having a javascript issue. Try disabling all plugins and see if that solves it.
