Hi,

A few days ago I purchased the Priority Support – Tempera for 25 Euros. My client would like the ‘Powered By’ wording removed.

Despite purchasing through Paypal and receiving an invoice, it is still listed as ‘Pending’ and there is no license to download etc.

Should I just be waiting for something to happen, or is this an error?

Thank you for your contact. However, I do really need to just remove the ‘Powered By…’ – it looks like something’s broken without the footer.

Do you know why the license and instructions hasn’t been provided please?

I understand the frustration with trying to remove or customize credits in the footer—it can be tricky depending on the theme’s structure. Usually, this involves either editing the footer.php file directly or using a child theme to safely override those lines.
