OpenCart 1.5.4 is out… that means another round of theme updates (plus the ones that got left behind).
First round: Default-Black and Bloody-Black.
Medussa (despite its name) is a very clean, polished theme with an almost flat (metro-like) interface, great usability and slick animations (without actually turning into Windows 8).
Main colours are: Blue, Gray, White; but fear not, they are all configurable through the theme’s integrated administration module.
So we’ve been busy bees today testing out modules and themes on OpenCart 1.5.6 (just 67 days after it was launched) and we’ve come up with some updates.
The modules work out-of-the-box with the latest version but we’ve updated some anyway. The themes (almost) always require compatibility updates.
Today we are releasing a maintenance update for our veteran OpenCart module – CR2 HTML Module / CR2 HTML Module Pro.

OpenCart 1.5.4 is out… that means another round of theme updates (plus the ones that got left behind).
First round: Default-Black and Bloody-Black.
We’ve finally got around to updating another set of dark OpenCart themes, Default-Black and Bloody-Black, so they now work on OpenCart 1.5.2(.x) and 1.5.3(.x).
We’ve recreated them from scratch using a new structure that should allow us to more easily keep them updated in the future. Due to this new structure, they now depend on the “default” theme and require it to be left installed.
