On a more serious note: to revert any changes made to the files, export Mantra’s settings, uninstall then reinstall the theme, import Mantra’s settings and you should be fine.

Use the “Visual” mode of the editor to paste code, otherwise it will be processed by the forum and not get displayed properly.

A screenshot would be even better.

I see the header just fine on all your pages.

I can’t say the same thing about the footer though, as the site content ends just after
<h3 class="widget-title">MSD Videos<h3/>

I’d disable that widget and see if the issue goes away.

Can you give  a header and paragraph example (sample content)? So I can figure out what area you are referring to exactly.

As you’ve customized the theme a bit, I am not sure which one is the header 🙂

The header and footer menus do not support sub-menu items.

You’ll have to define separate menus to use there and make sure they contain top menu items only.

Existing comments will remain displayed. The “Comments” option hides/displays the comment form.

You’ll need to delete the comments to make them disappear.

Alternatively, body.post-212 #comments { display: none; } should hide all the comments.

The top navigation menu appears ABOVE the header.
If you want to disable the *main* menu, you need to set your empty menu as Mantra’s “Primary Navigation”

That means you’re using the “Logo” uploader as the header image.
The correct way to do this is to set your header image in Appearance > Header.
The logo function is for small (logo-like) images.

Any changes made directly to the theme’s files are lost on update. You should only do this via child themes…

Version 2.0.2 adds shortcode support for columns texts and the two fields below the columns, so if that’s where you were trying to add content, you should be able to do it via a widgets-as-shortcodes plugin plus Custom Text widget combination now.

That is not a dumb question at all. Actually it’s a very good bug (or missing feature) report 🙂

There’s no easy way at the moment to include bold/italic Google fonts in Mantra, but we’ll fix this in the next update.
