I have read in the details of the theme and explained that there are a few languages already installed , I was wondering if Spanish and English are some of them and how to do it, as in the settings I dont see anything about the languages.
If not, which plug in which you suggest if better for your theme??

The theme is translation-ready. We never said it had languages installed. But being translation ready means that it’s really easy for you to translate it.
