Even though we have checked the box to have Comments, we are unable to leave comments on the blog page using FireFox or IE. Please take a look at http://www.samcrouse.com and let me know what we need to do differently. Thanks.December 31st, 2013 at 18:16 #15172Rev
I disabled all the plugins and I am still unable to get the comments to work on the blog page: http://www.samcrouse.com/blog

See our comments tutorial – http://www.cryoutcreations.eu/wordpress-themes/wordpress-tutorials/wordpress-disable-comments-tutorial
You should basically do the reverse the tutorial says to enable comments.January 7th, 2014 at 04:57 #15556Brad Fulda
Could you be a little more specific? I am also having this problem and doing what you suggest isn’t working. All of my comments were getting attached to a image in the library and when I deleted that image, I not only don’t see any comments but the database isn’t even recording them. Before I deleted this image file I had to manually put in the comment_postID in the cuf_comment table and manually put in the comment_count in the cuf_posts table. I would really need some help with this. thanks! BTW, I am using “Parabola” and I think you guys did a great job on this theme!!January 7th, 2014 at 05:27 #15558Brad Fulda
Oh, I also forgot to tell you that if I write a comment from the “edit Post page” then it does seem to post that comment.
