Is there a way to move where the pagination links (Pages 1 2 3 etc) show up on the post? If possible, I’d like to move it ahead of the plugin content so that readers easily see that there’s a page 2. In other words, it would show up right under where the text ends.

Also, do you know of a way so that plugin content only shows on the last page of a post? I don’t know if that’s even possible through themes.

This doesn’t sound theme specific. If you want to move plugin content you should edit the plugin in question. Also, a link to your site with some examples would prove really helpful.
