I’ve added the logo under Site Identity and unchecked the “Display Site Title and Tagline” box.
The logo does not show up.
I’m also having an issue with the header background, but I can see you’re already working on that based on other threads here.
It’s a great theme! If we can get these things fixed, it will be perfect for what we need! 🙂

WordPress’ ‘Display Site Title and Tagline’ option controls the whole ‘identity’ block (logo, site title and tagline). To display just the logo you’ll need to keep this option activated and adjust the theme’s own option and chose what to display.
All of our themes enforce a size limit on featured image to get used in the header (meaning the featured images need to be at least 75% of the configured header image width and height to be used there).
We’ve added an option to control this behaviour in the latest 1.0.1 update and set it to disable this limit (for now).February 22nd, 2019 at 19:23 #74500
I am not getting the logo to display either… Under Appearance > Customize > Site Identity same as Fluida etc, I added the logo but it is not appearing.

Same as with our other themes you must also choose to display the Logo and Site Title from the Customizer >> Header >> Content >> Site Header content. Before posting consider reading our short theme debugging instructions.
