Hello,

 

I’m using Mantra for my website.  Since I opted for a presentation page I had to create a separate page for the blog (as explained in the fact).  However, I’m having a few issues with this.

 

Issue #1-  The Blog format will display the entire article and completely ignore the <!– more–> tag.

Issue #2-  Content is being show, regardless of the category.  I would like to have two Blog pages but each show different content.  For example, a Guides page with Blog format that will only show articles who have the Guide category; while the second page will also have Blog format but will only show articles who have the News category.

I see the #1 issue is working now.

As for #2 you can use the category page template for that. It will do exactly what you want.
