How do I set CTA Button #1 to the first text area?

    Hello! I have disabled the featured icon blocks and now I have a text area in the first position. Is it possible to set the CTA button #1 to it?

    The CTA buttons are features of the static slider image area and are not displayed or connected with any text area.
