This is a pretty straightforward how-to. We’ve seen this asked so much around the web and answered so poorly that we decided to try and make it a little clearer.
As this is actually a WordPress option there’s no PHP code that you must insert, there are no CSS tricks you must do and there’s no plugin that you must install. Just a couple of clicks.
So our mysterious creation that’s been keeping us busy for a while now – Parabola – has reached beta stage.
It is now near its final design and all options have been implemented, while we are working on chasing out the bugs and testing that all options do in fact perform as they’re supposed to.

Pending the release of Parabola, Mantra version 2.0.3 brings a new wave of small enhancements and fixes.
Unfortunately, it also brings a tiny itsy bitsy bug which will render the built-in font options unusable. This has already been fixed and version 2.0.3.1 is pending Wordpress review. In the meantime, the manual steps to fixing this issue…

Between fine-tuning the latest incarnations of Mantra, drinking our coffee, gaming like maniacs (more or less) and preparing ourselves for Mantra’s two year anniversary, we’ve also been very busy masterminding our next world-conquering creation – Parabola.
While theoretically being an offspring of Mantra, Parabola differentiates itself through its mathematically-precise design, lightness and abundance of corners.
Installing a Wordpress theme can be easy or difficult, depending on the theme and it’s availability (or lack thereof) in the Wordpress themes directory.
The automatic installation process comes very handy with published themes, but sometimes things fail or themes are not available, and one must resort to the old fashioned files upload via FTP. This tutorial describes all ways.

Mantra v2 was so big that all future updates will live in its shadow. And it’s cold and damp in the shadow of Mantra, let me tell you that.
So, although very brave to come right after it, version 2.0.1 has a lackluster feel to it. It’s from missing all that sunlight.
Several new features have been added in the latest v0.9.6 CR2 Alter Menu update: the {category=ID} shortcode, mobile menu support, custom menu items are sorted by sort_order, new “module news” section in the backend.
