We’ve released an update today which addresses all the styling hiccups related to Gutenberg blocks which we’ve encountered in Nirvana so far (mostly concerning images alignment, captions and lists).

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.We cannot test our themes with every page builder plugin available (either in the repository or commercially), but if the plugin follows WordPress coding standards we expect it to work correctly with Nirvana.
So far we have not had reports or complaints of issues with Elementor Page Builder in particular.
However, one place where we would expect limitations is on the theme’s presentation page (since this is a custom theme feature that the plugin would not be aware of).

We’ve done this with our newer themes and we’ve learned that due to CSS and browsers limitations, accessibility is usually incompatible with any advanced menu behaviour like animations and transitions.
Additionally, Nirvana uses the same menu structure for both desktops and mobile devices (styled differently) and this complicates matters further.
However, since the site is running WordPress, Nirvana can accommodate (with minor tweaks – I believe an ID/classname change is sufficient) a menu plugin which integrates accessibility support (but which will lack any of the theme’s inherent menu styling).

We are not aware of problems using tags (that is core WordPress functionality and is not something controlled by the theme). Are you unable to set tags or are they settable but do not get displayed on the frontend?
If you find issues that are not resolved concerning Gutenberg, please let us know so we look into them.

Could you post the registered image sizes list as provided by the SysInfo plugin?

It could have referred to SQL connection failed, which usually indicates hitting some server limit or an overloaded server, or it could have been an actualy SQL syntax error, which would indicate broken or invalid code (or broken database tables).
Either case needs to be investigated further in the error logs.

Prepending body to the identifiers will make them specific enought to work in either field.The buttons still have their borders in the theme, but the styling cleanup and optimization done for 1.5 most likely made it so that now the visual composer plugin overlaps it, specifically:

If you want to display a slider above the posts list but also retain the sidebar, you can try using a slider widget inside the theme’s ‘above content’ widget area.

The classic editor is still available and usable with WordPress 5.0+ releases using the separate Classic Editor plugin.
We will continue to support the classic visual editor with our themes for as long as it is available in WordPress, but for now we are not planning to explicitly support WordPress forks.

Thank you for your contribution, however we currently use WordPress’ GlotPress project for translations and no longer bundle them with the themes. This ensures that several people can contribute to a particular translation and translated strings are also reviewed by an editor familiar with the language, while completed translations automatically become available for those using WordPress in a particular language (even without updating or reinstalling the theme).
I would submit your translation to the project, but I am not sure if it fits under German (default) or German (formal).

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.@AlexAle: you are using the menu in an unexpected way. The menu items are supposed to fit between the site title and social icons, in which case you wouldn’t make the menu items white.
In extension, the mobile menu’s clickable arrows (which open the submenus) that share the same colour as the menu items would become visible.
