I like the placement of the menus in WordPress.org home page and would like to emulate it. I’ve looked under documentation for Menus and Navigation Menus but can’t find how to recreate it. Can someone please point me to a reference showing me how to do this?

I am using Bravada Plus. My eleven menus wrap around, are spaced too far apart, and the navigator block is indented. Also, it would look better in my opinion if it could be placed to the left. WordPress.org has 10 menus and fit nicely with no wrapping around. Can anyone help?
