Hello,
Yesterday (May 20th) I have updated Nirvana. Now I can still login as admin on my website and I am welcomed: “Welcome, admin (my name)”.
Everything looks fine but I can act only ad a non-admin visitor. I can not open the Dashboard, I can not change any page, etc. At the bottom of each page I see the link to edit the page, but when i click it, I get a white window.
All actions that refer to wp-admin produce a white window.
I had expected that after Nirvana update my settings (colours, text style, etc.) would have been reset to the default values. But nothing has changed and everything looks as before. So I suppose that the the Nirvana update has been interrupted for some reason.
Any suggestions? Please consider that I am a beginner.

Today (Monday 22nd) I am back where I was before I started the Nirvana update on Saturday. I can access the Dashboard and edit my homepage. But I hesitate to allow the Nivana update…

Nirvana 1.4.0 had a compatibility issue with PHP 5.3 or older. We’ve fixed this problem in the 1.4.1 update.
I assume you’ve restored your site to a previous backup to return the dashboard to working order?

If the update you are prompted to install is 1.4.0, then this should be safe.
