Hello everyone,
First of all, I would like to thank you for this brilliant theme. We installed it yesterday and are very excited about it, but one problem has come up:

the drop down menu does not work in the tablet view

Every time you stay on the page you were on.
In the PC- and in the mobile view everything works perfectly.

Please have a look at it. What can we do about that?

If the issues you are having concern iPads, you can use the recently added iOS mobile menu option to replace the standard desktop menu with its mobile counterpart for all iOS devices.

thx for answering. No, the problem concerns an android tablet.
It is about the menu display in the horizontal position of the tablet. Neither the submenus nor the respective main pages can be opened via the name in the menu.

The menu in the vertical position, which corresponds to the mobile view, works.

+1 for this. It’s a total deal breaker for us.

The theme incorrectly looks at screen resolution to determine if the mobile menu should be used. That is not correct UX development. It should use the user agent string and display the mobile menu for all mobile devices. This is the correct way because it acknowledges a tablet/phone’s inability to hover regardless of screen resolution.

The site is unusable on non-iOS tablets because of this bug. Arguably, the iOS setting is a bit of a hack, too. When you enable it, the hamburger menu slides to the middle of the page. A place where nobody will think to look for it.
