First, thank you! Cryout themes are all homeruns in my book, and you’ve knocked it out of the park with Anima.

I’ve used it to give my multisite’s primary entrance a sleek new look. On the subsites I use a 50 pixel branding bar, which sits neatly above the header in your other themes (screenshot) but activating it in Anima covers up part of the logo and header text. Is there a way to make room for that?

Also as shown below, featured images on related content show up while customizing, but not on the live posts, even after clearing the cache multiple times.

All help appreciated. I will be making a donation in lieu of my ability to pay what your time is really worth in designing these superb themes — by far the best I’ve come across in 20 years of WordPressing.

Placing another element at the top of the site when the fixed menu functionality is active is very tricky. I recommend not using this option when the extra branding bar is present.

Your site seems to be missing more than the related posts images. It’s also missing all the icons, and tryito access the theme’s icon font file returns a 403 access forbidden error:
http://poetscollective.org/wp-content/themes/anima/resources/fonts/iconmeta.eot

There is also no trace of the images in the source of the related posts:

Since this is a plugin, it’s worth testing if it works as expected with one of the default Twenty themes.

Thanks for your help, Zed. I can live without the branding bar since it’s the primary site. The related image issue was resolved by enabling “Use a large and visually striking layout” in the Jetpack settings. I don’t allow directory browsing, so the 403 is understandable, but I’m still stumped about the missing icons. The files are there. I even uploaded a fresh copy of the folder via ftp, and double-checked permissions. Any other suggestions?

403 errors can’t really be diagnosed remotely. You may need to dive through the server logs to figure this one out.

Hi Mary,

I had the same problem with missing icons on my site when enabling ClaudFlare
Right now all the icons show up, check on the menu and back to Top button, http://meditationyoga.in/ – it’s Nirvana theme but the problem was the same.
If you use ClaudFlare try to disable it, or disable the plugins one by one to see if the icons show up.

Thanks for the reply, Marek. I don’t use CloudFlare, although I did try it for a while a few years ago. I’ll install a test Anima under another domain and see if the problem persists. Something even weirder is happening now, but I’ll start another ticket for that.
