Hello,
My website running Parabola is The Gemsbok. After updating the site to version 1.7.4, the small social icons in my header, which link to my website’s various social media outlets, have vanished.
I have double-checked the settings, and I still have the ‘header’ option ticked next to ‘SOCIALS DISPLAY’ in the ‘SOCIAL MEDIA SETTINGS’ tab. The links to my site’s social media pages are all still correct as well, and I have also tried re-entering them into their respective fields and saving the settings to refresh their presence.
They will still appear in other locations (I tested the ‘footer’ option, and that still worked), but not in their old spot in the header.
The changelog mentions some kind of fix for social image positioning in the header under certain margin settings, so perhaps this issue is related to that fix—maybe the icons are present, but have been moved to a position near or behind the elements of the page.
Any help or info would be much appreciated.
