Good afternoon,

I experience a minor issue when I want to use the Jetpack Mobile Theme setting for my website. The right side-bar widgets are not displayed. I know Tempera itself is responsive and in this case the side bar widgets are displayed below the normal content when visiting the website on a mobile device.

I want to try the Jetpack Mobile Theme to see the effect on visitors and mobile conversions in comparison to the results whilst using Tempera’s own responsiveness. But I would like the side bar to be shown with Jetpack Mobile also. What must I do to enable these widgets?

Jetpack’s Mobile Theme is just that – a (separate) theme for mobile devices that’s entirely different from Tempera.

If you want a sidebar on it, perhaps the Jetpack forums might help.

Thanks for your answer. I would like the side bar widgets to be displayed below the regular content whilst browsing on a mobile device.

Therefore I should change the ID into “sidebar-1” in my theme files, but I am new to this and don’t really know where to exactly change this. I hope that you can help me.

If not, I will see if someone can help me at the Jetpack Forums.
