In theme SEPTERA, the section lp-boxes (landingpage) does not display words in italic fontstyle into the excerpt. In content-masonry (categories) the excerpt display the italics perfectly.

It’s possible show also the italic words in the excerpt on the lp-boxes in landingpage? How?

The excerpts are automatically generated short intros to the articles, without any markup or formatting. The theme also does not apply an italic style onto the excerpts, so this must come from somewhere else. Are you using manual excerpts or custom styling for the italic formatting?

Yes. I use HTML with italic format and it is reflected perfectly in the excerpts of the vision by categories (blog style), but not in the same excerpts of the lp-boxes, in the landing page.

Using automatic excerpts, they don’t show words in italic font in the category or landing page modes.

Using manual excerpts, the excerpts show the italic font in the category mode, but don’t show it on the landing page (lp-boxes).

I would need to see the site in question.
