Hello!

I’d like to know how to change the language for the “Nothing found” when a search has no results or the “Search” word when you’re going to make a search.

I tried checking into the search.php and searchform.php files but I didn’t find anything.

Those texts are part of the translations (either WordPress’ or the theme’s, I’m not sure at this very moment).
Use your favourite translating plugin to search for those specific strings in both.
