I want to remove the header from all pages but the presentation page. I need the code that would allow this and/or put a different header (smaller) on the other pages.

I would also like to know how I could add “information blocks” (for lack of better words) on the presentation page below the presentation page columns area. I would like to place both text and graphics in these areas.
