I have placed an order on 24.11.2022. For this I have received so far only one invoice in an email. But since I am placing this order through an institution (Philipps University Marburg, Germany), I need an official invoice.
As soon as you issue me an official invoice, I can order the payment.

Our system automatically generates the appropriate invoice once a payment is confirmed – for bank transfer orders we have to process them manually. The message you received is only an order confirmation.
We don’t send out proforma invoices beforehand, not even for bank transfer orders.
