Nasty "Overwrite" Issue/Bug

I think I came across a pretty nasty bug that overwrites the settings of one Tempera installation with those of another.

I decided to test the Tempera theme on a second WordPress installation that I am hosting on the same server. As expected when I activated the second blog’s theme, the Tempera settings were at default. What I did not expect is that The Tempera settings of the second installation overwrote the settings of my first installation, creating a pretty huge mess.

I tried to cause this issue with other themes, namely Twenty-Eleven, Twenty-Fourteen, and Writr, but none of them caused any setting overwrites. Am I not supposed to use the Tempera theme on two different installations of WordPress running on the same server (and probably sharing the same SQL database)?

Your two separate WordPress installations should use separate database table prefixes (when used on the same database).
Your issue could only have occurred if both your WordPress installs share the same prefix (the default “wp_” ?).
You can check for this in the wp-config.php files.
