Great theme, good work, thanks thanks thanks!

2 questions:
1. how to make the menu more responsive so the buttons/text shrink when a page is viewed at lower resolutions, so the menu bar does not expand vertically over the header image blocking the header?

2. And how to shrink the footer/make the margins smaller vertically? Now it shows a lot of empty space/margin (without text) at the very bottom.
