Links Works in Firefox but not in IE and Google Chrome browsers

    The above link (and many similar links) work in Firefox 21.0
    When I use the IE 9 and Google Chrome browsers, it says the above link is not a valid page and is not accessible.
    Help!

    I get the Not Found error on all browsers.

    Make sure the page with that ID exists, that the page is published and is publicly visible.
