I've purchased Priority Support – How do I create Support Ticket?

    Hello,
    I purchased Priority Support, and now wish to open a Support Ticket for my Nirvana Theme.
    When I click on “Create Support Ticket” it takes me to my Account, giving me the option to purchase Priority Support, which I’ve already done….going around in circles here.
    I have also sent a direct email to the sales email I received after purchase. No response.
    I need help on my site.
    Would someone please respond to this forum post so I can open a Support Ticket??
    Is there anyone there?

    I’m having the same issue after purchasing support for the Fluida theme.

    Purchased services are cached for a while to speed up site functionality.
    If you’ve accessed the support form page right before the purchase, the result is cached and the form will become available in up to 3 hours after the purchase.
