Hello,
I purchased Priority Support, and now wish to open a Support Ticket for my Nirvana Theme.
When I click on “Create Support Ticket” it takes me to my Account, giving me the option to purchase Priority Support, which I’ve already done….going around in circles here.
I have also sent a direct email to the sales email I received after purchase. No response.
I need help on my site.
Would someone please respond to this forum post so I can open a Support Ticket??
Is there anyone there?
