I have seen a few things about this, but the PHP GD setting is correct, and I have switched themes, and it works, soooo…. something has gone wrong because this was working yesterday.
No new plugins, just basic changes to posts and pages.
Try and add a new logo, the image is grayed/blacked out and if cropping is skipped it shows up over sized. No image works (png, jpg, etc).
this is a nice theme but this stuff is frustrating.., any help appreciated.
