How to disable ability to click on parent menu item.

    I have created menu categories that have sub menus – “fiber art” and “about” and then there are several sub-menu pages in those drop down menus. How can I make it so the main headings “fiber art” and “about” are NOT active/clickable since I don’t plan to have any content on those pages?
