How to add simple form to field above columns on presentation apge

    Hi, love this theme !

    Is there a way to add a simple form, containing four selection boxes, in the text field located above the columns? I know the text fields support html and shortcodes, but I cannot get a form to appear correctly there.

    If you’re using a plugin like Contact Form 7 you can use it’s form shortcode there.
