To let you know, I am in LOVE with the type of statements you place on your website, inspired by your professionalism, impressed with how organized and comprehensive your documentations are! 🙂 Enough with the praise, let’s get through to the point :p

Now, would you please help me out installing the above mentioned module as i went through the read-me.txt file and honestly feel quite scared to lose the image zoom feature after a long long effort and support from others to have it installed on my website.?!

I can just drag and drop the folders to public_html root directory but my brain speaks with my fingers and tell them NEVER DO THAT!

If you don’t get any overwrite prompts, you should be fine, as no files are replaced.

You should have periodic backups of the entire store either way.

Is this response from your own point of view is comprehensive for all what i have mentioned above? Do you think 22 days response time is fairly reasonable for a response?

Or else this is just becoz of a FREE Module treatment and paid modules would be handled differently? !!!!

I am just seeking an explanation!
