Its on the main page of my website and it UGLY and will not change. its right in my header but will not change, im assuming this is a header image for the front page. but like I said, not changing. i need help finding and REMOVING this image. its ruing my site and I want it gone. please some one help me. im getting extremely frustrated. to see what i mean tinaraorourke.com

The sample building image is not a header image. It is a placeholder for the slider location.
To remove it first set any other image under Appearance > Customizer > Landing Page > Slider Image (or set an actual slider instead).
