Editing wp query loop block via css

Is there a way to make the query loop block look similar (i.e. thumbnail size, borders, etc.) to when you filter post by category?
The results of the query are displayed with the theme colors, but it would be awesome if they could mimic that look, much more appealing.
The block has input to add aditional css classes, but i don’t find the way to make it work.
    Thanks!

    Hi,

The query block uses very different markup for its output from the regular posts list displayed by the theme, so none of the existing posts list appearance styling will apply to it.
Unfortunately, there’s no easy way (CSS class/identifiers) to change this.
