I haven’t been able to modify, delete or reposition these two sections of the presentation page. Any assistance would greatly appreciated 🙂

You can modify them in Nirvana settings (Appearance -> Nirvana Settings) under Presentation Page tab, the very bottom of it. They are called Text Area 1, Text Area 2 and Text Area 3. When you clear their content, they do not appear on Presentation page.
