Hi. In my Cryout Columns, the texts are out of the picture, and the Cryout Columns effects are disabled too. And this also happens in nirvana’s theme preview: https://wordpress.org/themes/nirvana/preview/

When the screen with drops below a certain with, the theme considers it runs on a mobile device and changes the layout of the columns to disable the animations (as mobile devices don’t support hover events). This is expected behaviour.

View your site on a larger screen and you’ll see the animated columns.
