Hi.
I am using Fluida in a web dedicated to art. In this web there will be many images and I want to know if there is any way to control the number of images that Fluida creates since every time I upload an image, I look at the file manager and there are created 7, 8, 10, and even more.I have already configured the media settings of WP so that no additional image is created, setting all the values to zero but, despite this, I always find a large number of images that I do not need.
I’m not looking for a plugin, I just want to know if the Theme can be configured in any way to create only the images I need.
Thanks in advance.

However as WordPress provides not way of controlling when these image sizes are needed or not and there’s no clear way for when a particular image is displayed in particular locations / at particular sizes, the only way for everything to work is to create the images sizes for all images.
If you’re not using specific theme functionality you can force disable specific image sizes (using custom code as there’s no option to control this) so some of the resizes are no longer created.
