Changing the Background Color doesn't work

    Redearththeatre.org has a black background. I have made many attempts at changing the background color by going into the theme appearance to customize the colors. I’ve changed the color repeatedly and saved it but nothing changes. I have gone through the de-bugging routine with changing the theme and turning off all the plugins. The background color remains persistantly black. Please advise.
