Hello is there a bug with the page titles?!? No matter what I select in the General – Structure- Page/Category Titles area: the titles always remain displayed in the center of the background image: unfortunately this massively disrupts the design of the website…Is it possible to hide the titles somehow? We are having a similar issue, sadly it looks like Cryout has shut down without telling anyone 🙁
We have quite a few sites using these themes and even the PRIORITY SUPPORT tickets are being ignored.

Sadly not, our previous emails directly to Cryout, and our messages on here have all been ignored 🙁
I am now being forced to look for new Themes for my clients.

What’s strange is that they just put out a child theme for Kahuna in the beginning of October. Like WTF? I don’t get it…

I am in a very similar boat to yourself. I am using Cryout Creations themes exclusively for both my sites, and the sites I design for others. I too am equally hooped.

Actually, to make matters a bit more difficult, I just yesterday had problems with upgrading my php, which is why I checked here to see if anyone else was having problems. I am going to need to hire a developer–since that is not in my wheelhouse.

Somedays I very much dislike tech… LOL

We are both in the same situation, and I bet there are many others who rely on these themes for clients.
To just drop the ball like this after being a customer for so many years is absolutely disgusting.

I am yet to find an alternative I am happy with, and that’s a massive issue as we move through new technologies as the day will come when the sites stop working. Likewise, I’m not a PHP dev, so I have no idea how to fix the issues we are already starting to have 🙁

Yes, like you, I have not found any other themes I am happy with. Like you, I have been their customer for years. My subscription is due at the end of this year. I am dreading that. I am still wanting to support them, but quite honestly, I don’t see how I can. I feel like I have been let loose in the middle of the ocean with a life jacket and am trying to make my way to shore. It is indeed overwhelming.

Fingers crossed for both of us Steve!…
