advice on plugins

I’ve recently launched a new website using a WordPress theme from CryoutCreations, and I’m looking for some advice on which plugins to use. There are so many plugins available, and I’m not sure which ones are essential and which ones I can do without.

My website is a small business website that offers services in the healthcare industry. I want to make sure that my website is fast, secure, and easy to navigate. I’m also interested in optimizing my website for search engines and social media.

So my question is, what are the essential plugins that I should be using on my website? And what are some recommended plugins for improving website speed, security, navigation, and search engine optimization? I’m open to both free and paid plugins, as long as they provide good value and are reliable.

Additionally, I’m curious about how many plugins are too many. I’ve heard that having too many plugins can slow down your website and make it more vulnerable to security risks. What’s the recommended number of plugins to use, and how can I make sure that I’m not overloading my website with unnecessary plugins?

Thank you for your help and advice!
