I just upgraded from 1.9.9xxxx to 2.0 and several layout adjustments have forced me to go back and change some CSS.

HOWEVER< when I try to adjust the Mantra Settings in Admin, none of the links works — the accordian doesn’t accordian.  So I can’t change anything now.

Did someone forget to replace some JQuery or something?

Have you tried resetting to the default? I did that, and it worked.

Resetting to the default should not change anything related to the accordion functionality.
You are probably seeing some interference between a plugin and WordPress’ jQuery, making Mantra’s accordion fail.
If you use your browser’s web development tools you should see some javascript errors. Try to figure out the plugin causing the issue.

I just upgraded to 2.0 and have the same problem.

Accordion is not opening, I am clicking on categories and nothing happens.

Yacov, that is most likely caused by interference between a plugin and WordPress’ jQuery, making Mantra’s accordion fail.
Try using your browser’s web development tools to spot the javascript errors. Then try to figure out the plugin causing the issue (either by inspecting the errors or by disabling the plugins one by one)
