Accessibility Issues in Nirvana

Hi, I want to suggest a few simple changes to the theme that could improve accessibility for users of assistive technology.

    1. See this article on Read More links with suggestions on how those links can be made more accessible for those using screen readers.
    2. Also, the link with id=”linky” in the header for clickable header images should have some invisible text that says “home” so that screen readers know what it links to (use font-size:0 to make it invisible).
    3. The search button should have a title attribute that says “search the site” instead of having no screen-readable content

I hope this is helpful. I think these could be implemented easily in the next update.

    Thanks for a great theme!
