Hi,

I had to restore my website using the sql upload. I didn’t touch the files within the root. When I go to the site now anything that I customized is gone. How do I get this back in place? Please tell me it’s not all deleted permanently…

I would need more information about the steps performed to restore “using sql upload”. Restoring a complete database backup on the same domain (URL) would restore the complete configuration of the theme.

Incomplete, partial or restores to a different domain would not.

I too have the same issue as my Nirvana settings are no longer available. Now, I lost these settings on one of my other websites and found the updated versions of WordPress and Nirvana are not compatible. So I made every effort not to update my Nirvana version. Recently I tried to access the settings and found my most used site as come across the same issue. Do you have a simple fix for this issue?

Brian, did you lose settings (revert to default values) as well or is the settings page empty/unusable? The two issues are not the same.

For the empty/unusable theme settings page, update the theme to at least version 1.2 or revert WordPress to 4.3. There is no simpler solution. The cause is explained here.
