How do I make the entire webpage black! I can't get rid of these white top block

    If you go to my site, and look at the top of the page, surrounding my banner and menu buttons is a huge white rectangle. What code will get rid of that to make it all uniform and black? I have looked high and low and can’t seem to find an answer. Thank you so much for your assistance in advanced.

    Adjust Parabola’s content background color (currently configured to #ffffff). That options applies throughout the site, including the homepage.
