tyber, very interesting theme version you have there…
Version: 10.3.2
Could you send us that so we skip all the work on theme updates for the next couple of years?
On a more serious note, you made changes to the theme. That’s the first place to look for the issue. Secondly, please have a look at the last phrase in question A3 in the theme FAQs.
Mike, could you provide a link to your site?

Try to check on another Mac.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindYou manually changed the background of the mobile menu placeholder with an image by editing the rtl.css file (bad idea, theme files all get replaced on update). This leave a span element floating around (that also has a background).
Remove that as well:
body #nav-toggle span { background: none; }

Either type the text directly in WordPress’ editor, or copy/paste it through Notepad to make sure all formatting is removed, then recreate the formatting in WordPress’ editor.
This will make sure you don’t pass along any unwanted formatting (that will absolutely definitely mess everything up later on).

Are you perhaps using a caching plugin?
Is the header area visible and empty (after you selected and uploaded the logo)?

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe theme is not designed with a sidebar on the presentation page. Adding custom CSS for it there applies throughout the site, breaking the theme’s normal functionality.
You’ll need to either make the CSS only apply on the homepage (and correct it to be responsive) or correct it everywhere.

It is not a page template to be applied to any other page.
You can very easily control your menu appearance by using custom menus: (1), (2).The menu alignment works fine in my tests (the reverse order for multiline is an expected side effect, that’s why the two options are separate; the first right alignment only works for single line menus).
Does your menu stay left when selecting right even if the menu is a single line/row?If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindYou may have a plugin that’s affecting dashboard javascript functionality, messing with the upload buttons. Start by alternatively disabling plugins to check if the issue disappears.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindIt appears we have solved this via a separate route.
For anyone else having the same question, it’s because the theme isn’t actually designed to be used entirely without a header and a bit of CSS is needed in that case to disable some header area styling:@media (max-width: 800px) { body #branding, body #bg_image { min-height: 0; } }

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindWhy do you mean by “mask”? Are you trying to hide the titles?
The settings work fine for me on a test site. Make sure you use the correct option (or both) as one controls only (static) page titles and the other one only category (page) titles.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindIf the administration page doesn’t work correctly, first make sure you are using the latest WordPress and theme versions.
Usually this issue is caused by poorly written plugins that break Javascript functionality in the dashboard and also affect theme settings.
Use your browsers development tools (usually enabled with F12) to inspect for JS errors.
Or temporarily disable all your plugins and check that the theme settings return to working condition; then enable them back one by one to figure out which plugin is causing the issue.If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindWell we did correct that at a point, but WordPress went full derp in 4.0 and removed functionality we (and other theme developers) were using to limit the editor’s width to the same width as you configured the theme to.
The only solution now is to remove the limiting entirely and let the editor go fullscreen, without any indication as to how your content will actually align on the frontend.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe widget appearance differs depending on whether or not responsiveness is triggered.
When site fits on screen, the columns behave normally (with hover effects and all); when responsiveness kicks in because the site no longer fits the screen, the theme considers this to be a mobile device (hence no mouse to hover with) so it replaces hovering effects with static elements with texts under the images.If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindDebbie, the theme is designed to be used with a header. As you chose not to use anything in the header area (except the donation button), the header remains empty when viewer on mobile devices.
You can hide it completely with some CSS:
@media (max-width: 800px) { body #branding, body #bg_image { min-height: 0; } }
If the header area still remains (due to the invisible donation button), add this CSS as well (before the ending } )
body #header-widget-area { display: none; }

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindThis behaviour depends on the browser and cannot be controlled by the theme. Try not to use videos where other page elements are expected to overlap.

Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic.ZedCryout Creations mastermindCheck your plugins. You have at least one that’s poorly written as it loads its scripting all over the dashboard, including the theme’s settings page (affecting the colour fields).
Pinpoint which one it is (by alternatively enabling/disabling them) and re-saving theme settings to check that the # signs are back in the colour fields.
