Hello,
I just set up a new website: http://www.footballdummies.de.
Unfortunately, I can not find a ways to permanently show the titles on the columns on the frontpage.
The title only shows up once I am aiming at it with my mouse

Can anyone please help me how to permanently show the titles?

You can make the titles always visible with custom CSS:

h3.column-header-image {
    left: 0;
}
