I started updating my site using the presentation page (which I had not used previously). It appeared to be functioning – the slider appeared, etc. Then I saw that WordPress needed to be updated to 5.0.3 – updated and now the Presentation Page is enabled but will not show. I had updated Nirvana to 1.5.1.1 before starting the changes. I’ve set the reading settings to Posts, I’ve done everything I’ve seen here, but the presentation page will not show. Please help.
Because I need to have my site looking presentable (i.e. with a static page, not my posts) I am switching the Reading settings back until I hear from you.

In lieu of a response, I opened a ticket with my webhost and they identified and resolved the issue.

I am seeing this same issue – any chance your webhost told you what was causing the issue?
